XYlink 740M is designed to be a safe, high-performance diamine curing agents for polyurethane and epoxy resin applications. Polyurethane elastomer formulated with this product exhibit outstanding physical and chemical properties. Studies indicate that XYlink 740M-cured elastomers have excellent flex life, hydrolytic stability, dry heat aging high-temperature performance and chemical resistance.

APPLICATIONS

XYlink 740M is a symmetrical structural aromatic diamine containing ester group. It has similar molecular structure with XYlink P series curing agent, and it has higher melting point.

XYlink 740M is mainly used as curing agent for polyurethane prepolymer and the epoxy resin. It is used in a variety of elastomer, coating, adhesive, and potting sealant applications.

It has wide processing latitude. The elastomer systems could be casted by hand or automatic style. It is more suitable for the hot casting process with TDI(80/20) - polyether or polyester type polyurethane prepolymers. The polyurethane elastomer has excellent properties, such as good mechanical properties, heat resistance, hydrolysis resistance, electric properties, chemical resistance(including oil, solvent, moisture and ozone resistance).

Toxicity of XYlink 740M is very low, the cured products can be used for food contact area.

Net 40kg paperboard drum lined with PP film.

STORAGE

Keep containers tightly closed. This product should be stored in ventilative and shady place at 10-25℃.

Keep it away from moisture and sunshine.

Shelf life of this product is 2 years.
