XYLINK P-1000; Polytetramethyleneoxide-di-p-aminobenzoate CAS NO.54667-43-5

As a liquid, XYLINK P-1000 could be mixed with prepolymer at room temperature for casting and curing, it could be used as chain extender for both TDI and MDI system; XYLINK P-1000 could also be applied as the flexibility modifier for epoxide resin. 

APPLICATIONS：

As a liquid, XYlink P-1000 and P-650 could be mixed with prepolymer at room temperature for casting and curing. Melting P-250 could also be mixed with prepolymer at room temperature. They could be used as chain extender for TDI or MDI based polyurethane. XYlink P-1000 and P-650 could also be applied as the flexibility modifier and curing agent for epoxy resin. The application areas including casting, coating, adhesive, sealant and spraying. It is especially suitable for onsite processing due to its easy workability. The room temperature vulcanization with XYlink P-1000 or P-650 not only provide a simple process, but also the finished product has better performance than heat-curing MDI/diol system. Polyurethane elastomers formulated with XYlink P-1000 or P-650 have a low shrinkage ratio.

The molecular structure of XYlink P series are similar with the 740M (American). They belong to the same homologous series. 740M is approved to be used in the areas that directly contact with food and drug by the FDA. XYlink P series are also non-toxic products.

20kg or 50kg net weight in galvanized iron drum or plastic drum.
